Very pleased to find a shop that will 1.) Work on any make/model, 2.) Specifically, work on a **26-year-old** Volvo, and 3.) Provide the needed service without fixing things that aren’t broken. I had a suspension issue on my 1997 S90. I couldn’t isolate the problem. I asked them to check it all. They could have done anything. But they found the one problem that was causing the noise, fixed it, and charged a more-than-fair price for their time. Dropped off in the morning. Drove back home that evening. If I had just one minor quibble, it’s that their shuttle doesn’t go downtown for drop-offs at work. But I can easily work around that and plan to keep using this shop. Very satisfied. I don't have experience here as far as having my vehicle worked on, but I did call and the person I spoke to was SO helpful!! And besides being helpful, he was extremely nice!!

I am sure they’re very nice, but they’re also exceptionally overpriced. TLDR: they were charging nearly $400 more than other shops, including a huge markup on the part in question. I made an appointment as my cooling fan was not working. The part is $580 at the dealer, but they tried to charge me nearly $900 - and FYI retail price at the dealer is already about 15% more than what auto repair places pay so they would have paid less than $580, so an additional 40% markup is insane. They also said it needed an evac and recharge, which is not necessary for the repair. All in all they were going to charge $1,330 for the fan repair and an additional $300 for the evac & recharge, for a total of over $1,600. Called two other places, it was $920 all in, no need for evac. I am fortunate that 1) I do my research in regards to cost, 2) my father is a retired mechanic and raised the alarm that it indeed sounded a bit off, but not everyone knows to question and THAT is a problem with their ethics.
