I recently purchased a used minicooper, and I was very apprehensive as a woman to navigate a new mechanic. I was absolutely pleased with the service I received. The shop is clean and well organized. Their employees are approachable. They stayed on schedule and budget. I don’t remember the lady’s name sitting beside Andy, but they both really put me at ease. I will definitely use them again and recommend them. 5 stars
After our favorite service advisor left Mini of Bham, we were a bit lost. We decided to try Rob'e Mans and it was a success. The staff was friendly and the communication/text system was great.
