Owner was EXTREMELY rude when called to check the status on my truck. Ended up telling me my truck is in parts to come pick it up and get it fixed somewhere else then hung up on me. I called back basically asking to please fix it I couldn’t have it towed in parts. His response “well I already cancelled the order on the replacement parts it’s going to another three and call back up here I will call you when it’s done, hangs up on me yet again. I get a call when it’s done telling me I need to get it today or it’s a $26 a day storage fee. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I just paid $900 in repairs and you charge storage if not picked up the same day? Shop is run down, gross, and owner is so so rude. Save your money and go somewhere else. You won’t be appreciated as a guest here.
They fixed my motorhome and did a great job,!
I had a problem with my 5 speed transmission. Chuck looked at it, quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts. His service was very good and the price for the work was extremely fair. I would recommend Brechtel Transmission and Auto Repair. Service: Transmission
