My car sat at serra VW on an insurance claim for 7 weeks bc they were waiting on a part that was backordered. After depleting my rental allowance, borrowing vehicles and paying for lyfts for my work commute, I went back to my estimate and saw where it stated that after market parts were approved. I called around and when Brian answered at Brown automotive, he was the first person in 7 weeks that sounded like he cared and actually asked for me to send the estimate over. So I did. Within 2 hours he called bk and stated he could get all the parts and the work could be done by their shop. I had it towed the following Monday and the car was completed in 5 days. They kept me informed Abt everything going on with out me having to call and get an update. I would highly recommend these business not only bc of their work but bc of their awesome customer service they provide.
Had my vehicle in and out in half a day. Tommy at the front desk was super friendly also! Great experience with this shop. Will definitely return.
