Great experience all around! Made an appointment a couple days before, and they were ready and waiting when I arrived. Very friendly and helpful staff, quick turnaround, and a comfortable waiting area. With wait times being so long recently at other shops just for them to look at your car, I would definitely suggest NTB! I was in and out in a little over an hour.
Great staff and employees. Showed up close to closing time and they didn’t care one bit. They got me fixed up in 15 minutes. Will continue to do business there when it’s needed.
