Riteway Service Center

They were so nice and fast with their service for my mom's car that i had to bring in for a battery. I am changing over to their service for my car now as well.

Customer service is sorry manager tried to charge me for my truck being stuck in their shop for four hours because they went to put my new tires on for me and couldn’t get them to seat. So they tried to get my old tires mounted back on my wheels and couldn’t get them to seat either. So they go to take me to another tire shop when I have a friend already on his way. I have to go to three other tire shops to get my tires finally mounted. When I get back to their shop and they put my wheels on the manager tells me that they need to be compensated for what they did and then wants to get in an argument with me and starts yelling at me and their workers was just as disrespectful when I went to leave. They’re sorry

I'll never come back here, this now has been more than one bad experience,they will not even analogy when you come in you have to start yelling at him to get service... I'll never be back then they lied to me about having my part after I drove over a hour just to get to them,it even looks like a chop shop... watch out dealing with these people..
