We've had some major issues with our vehicle but Cooper Chevrolet has treated us amazingly well. No hesitation what so ever to help us get the issue fixed. This will more than likely be our next place to purchase a vehicle.
Have taken a warranties vehicle in 3 times for the same issue. Still not repaired.
Had been pretty pleased with sercice Till today. Problem with rear hub scrubbing for 25000. Old not deaf. Technician certainly needs to be at NASA or Pentagon!! Saw him leave out of parking lot onto 431 south to find a squeak in right rear hub! Superman or Flash!!?? Don't really know. Then when he pulled back up and I NICELY tried to explain how to duplicate noise he wanted to talk down to me. I probably have forgotten more than he will ever know. I'm through. Except for trying to figure out why we,as customers,should be charged for customer service if trying to trade vehecles!!??
