Quality of work looked great. The timing of keeping the vehicle for 22 days was a burden. If you have another vehicle to drive or have rental on your insurance then I recommend this business. If you don’t and need your vehicle back in a timely manner then I would recommend you use someone else. Service: Body & Trim

I was super pleased with the work done by Professional Auto Body. I didn't know who to use for my repair, but when I called my insurance company (USAA), they told me that Professional Auto was on their approved list. I coundn't have been more pleased. Service: Body & Trim

Only reason I put one star is so I could review him. This is the most disrespectful man I’ve came in contact in a long time..top 10 all time for sure! My MINOR son took my truck to get a quote and first he told him that he didn’t give quotes on paper..hmm so we suppose to take your word for it? Nah I think not! Then he took 2 days to even get the paper quote that I ask for. That he claimed he didn’t do! The second time he went up there, the old man (owner) got into my CHILDS face, yelling and threatening him. Yes there was witnesses. My son admitted that his tire ran off the pavement and he apologized, but that wasn’t enough! He continued the verbal abuse until he called me and I went up there. This coward then added that my son road up in the bushes but could not show me the said damage. I hold my kids accountable for their actions and was willing to punish him had he done this. This never happened because he didn’t have any proof. Instead of just admitting that he was in the wrong he
