I wont go there any more, did it once and that was enough. He changed my struts and shocks and didn't call me to say, you have a leaf spring broken... he just said, I thought you knew... No I did not. Plus when I brought my truck home my oil filter was loose. Found that out when I changed my leaf spring.... this guy sux

Won's Auto Repair has been servicing my brother's 2004 Mazda 3 and my 2002 Audi a4 for two years. They have always properly diagnosed the issue and have completed their service on time if not earlier than expected. For the excellent work they perform, they are priced modestly. In addition, they have always been willing to work with me in terms of finding the most efficient methods for covering the cost of the repair. Recently, they went above and beyond my expectations by helping me file an insurance complaint regarding Interstate National Dealer Services's (which you should avoid at all costs) refusal to cover a claim which falls within the terms of their contract . They have endured wait times on the phone for periods in excess of an hour or more on my behalf and have even issued a statement in defense of my case. They are hardworking and knowledgeable technicians. If you are considering their service, I highly recommend.

This mechanic has the most integrity of any mechanic I have ever met in my life! He tells you the prices up front, explains the problem in a way you can comprehend, and charges you a fair price for the work done! There is no better place in town to go for your car issues than Mr. Won. A very honest automotive repair place!
