Horrible experience with the service team. I received a text that my car was ready to pick up. The two front desk couldn’t find my paperwork and refused to help me. One of the associates left the desk to help another customer and left me at the front desk with his other coworker who continued to sit behind the desk. He did not look for my paperwork on the computer or ask his other associates. I had to ask if I should just go walk to the office area for help. He responded with, “I guess”. The other associate didn’t even circle back to ensure I was taken care of. Finally my paperwork was found after asking four people at the front desk. The fifth person I asked had my paperwork and was completely rude and condescending.
Most expensive oil change in town and they don’t top up your fluids when they’re critically low. I apparently had 1 mm of rear brake left and had to fish for that information. No one offered to book me a service appointment ????♀️
