Quick Lane at Kendall Ford Lincoln of Anchorage

Pretty upset I financed a 40k vehicle that is giving me issues 3 weeks into having it. This is the 3rd week of having this vehicle and my remote start does not work, the remote won’t even lock my vehicle so I have no way to get in and out of my car anymore and it’s no longer secure. Additionally, the apple car play links up when it wants to and I have to stare at my phone for maps instead of being able to use the display that this car should offer. I traded in a perfectly fine working Camaro that I owned for 3 years for a vehicle which I thought would be an upgrade which is an absolute nightmare. I don’t have time for this and I’m really unsatisfied. Kendall, do better.

Tried to make an appointment online and gave my preferred day and time. I was told that I’d be contacted to confirm my appointment time (it was two days later). I was never contacted and being on a road trip I really needed an oil change. I stopped by on a Saturday morning and was told they could not accept drop ins (not enough techs) and there were no appointments available until Monday. They really need to improve their appointment system. I will not return here on future trips.

Kendall Ford of Anchorage was hands down excellent! Great vehicle, fair pricing and treatment by everybody involved. I was treated respectfully and I could tell that the employees genuinely wanted me to be satisfied with my experience. John Croffutt and Matt French were attentive to details and have been great about following up on things and making sure I know how to get the most out of my new truck.
