Unbelievable charge of 42.17 for using charge card! I paid the bill from Arizona for a family member. It might have been better business for Elliott to advise person making payments of the fee since I'm not physically there to see a sign by register. Now he tells me he told my family member, however, the person that gave ride to pickup vehicle was a witness this did not happen! He went inside with family member to get quote on his vehicle and stated at no time was this discussed. Awfully high price to use a card. I would've wired cash to family member and paid cash. Not good business. EDIT*** In response to owners sarcastic reply... Quality Tune charges this fee. Private business or not you absorbed the fee towards your new yacht! But keep trying to convince others it's the merchants! This is how you stay in business being so honest ????

So called i to ask questions. Didn’t know I needed to be a mechanic to ask questions. Not customer service friendly over the phone. And will refuse service if you have your own parts! Would not recommend them if you are looking for a mechanic.

I called at 8am, he said he can get me in tomorrow. I had my car towed to their Dowling location the day before my appointment. My wheel was making a grinding noise, and I needed a tune up. I received a call by 4pm, my vehicle was ready for pick up! He said it was not ready for a tune up, he told me the milage it should be at for a tune up. Very professional and quality customer service! Thank you!!! Definitely coming back! I brought my vehicle in for a different issue a few weeks later. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle to pin point the issue. Kept me updated throughout the process. They were not able to work on my particular transmission but they recommended me to a business. If I can give more than 5 stars I would, I will be a lifetime customer!! Thank you Gentleman!!
