Midas

Brought my vehicle in for an air leak in a rear left tire. I was told there was a chance they could patch it, but if not, that it would have to be replaced - which I was totally fine with. I had mentioned that I had a long road trip coming up within a week with this same vehicle and just really needed the tire issue resolved. In calling me up to the counter to let me know I would in fact need a new tire, I was also handed a laundry list of "urgent need" fixes on my vehicle after they did a full inspection of my vehicle without my permission. This could seem like a nice gesture on their part, but it did nothing but cause me absolute unnecessary stress leading me to question the safety of my vehicle prior to such a long journey. The parts in which they said needing an urgent fix would make my vehicle make grinding and popping noises, making noticeable changes to the way in which my vehicle drives - which it does none of the above. The employee was very nice. She greeted my children and I with smile and she was very understanding with my needs. She given me exact time when my car will be done. I was satisfied with my needs and my car needs

Service took a little longer than expected but they did a good job. The young lady out front did an amazing job. I watched her with multiple customers and one that got a little grumpy! Very professional for how young she is! Nice to see. Service: Oil change
