Never once have they picked up when I call them, if you value your time and safety then find a different mechanic.
was notified of a recall issue…made a couple appointments…they cancelled both but only after I had to go to their service location because they never answer the service line and never return calls…now they say they don’t know what the fix is even though they warn the car could catch on fire…literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced
Bought my Santa Fe in 2009. Life time oil change is great. Very few mechanical problems. Service department staff is always helpful.
