... This place is family... Had a bad day? Truck is messed up? I respect Hales on a huge scale... If your transmission needs work they won't check check for other car problems unless you communicate so... So if your engine had 3 horns, & you only need you tailgates checked because a trex kept riding on your rear... You get the idea

I really wanted to like this place because the guy at the front desk was so kind and talkative. I was quoted an outrageous price, so when a family friend (a mechanic) was he was in town I decided to get a second opinion as he was able to look at my car for free, and be honest with me. The things I was told were wrong with my car were completely wrong. Not sure if I was being lied to by Hale's, or if they simply don't know what they are doing, but either way, I will never go there again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Heard about the from a motorhead friend of mine and both my wife and I use them whenever we can. They are the most reasonable mechanics we've found in price and they are always friendly and haven't been mislead by them in the least. They have kept us informed what was wrong with our vehicles and if they find something else wrong, they let us know what's going on
