The crew at Culmination is Great! My repair was explained to me very thoroughly before they proceeded with any work. The work they performed was done with great detail and in a very timely manner. I see a lot of five star reviews which is great. I however did not enjoy my experience with this business. Would I recommend them to another friend, absolutely not. I did not feel as though my business was appreciated, and was told to pay before the services were performed, only to come back and find that my car had sat outside the entire time and was not done. I was then told to drop it off again on Friday and that it would be done Saturday, but to my surprise on Saturday, I get word back the earliest it will be done is on Tuesday of the following week. Not only did they not confirm with the alignment place a date before telling me one, but they blamed the inconveniences on the other business. I've dealt with many businesses like this before, but good business practice is a must, and I do not feel as though it is being practiced here. Great experience with Culmination. They have worked on my Boxster and my 914. The boxster needed a IMS bearing replacement. The work was done quickly and professionally. The 914 required a engine change out, suspension upgrade, brake upgrade and wheel upgrade. Minor interior work. The car is awesome after everything done. I have brought it back for a transmission rebuild as I was Very satisfied with the work.
