Never bring you vehical here.. ive been told lie after lie about my vehical. Its been 4 months ive been struggling to find a way to work to feed my family. It's as if they dont care. They take there time without any concern for You. As for there work I dont even know it's still there and I will most likely get told another lie that it's going to take another 2 week's. Ive been hearing this lie for 4 months.

I don’t recommend this place at ALL!!! Please save your time and money! Go to another collision place that will take care of you with consideration. Chaz Unlimited turnaround is horrible! I should’ve listened to my friends and acquaintances; to not take your car to Chaz unlimited for various reasons. Now I know why! I regret I took my vehicle to Chaz in Old Seward. After my vehicle been in their shop for over a month (my car been at their shop for 2 months or more), I expressed my concern that it has taken long, etc. Samantha responded “you should be lucky it’s not longer than 6 months, we have had vehicles here for more than 6months…” (shock) I replied calmly, “that’s not something to say out loud and proud of…” if you don’t plan to get your car at certain time or anytime soon, this will be the place. My parents vehicle needed repairs and the damage to their vehicle was worse than mine, they took their vehicle to Classic Collision couple months after I took mine at Chaz unlimite

The best experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. They are so polite, professional and timely. I am currently moving, due to being stationed at a different base. I explained that I was on a timeline and need it to be done before a specific and realistic date( about 1 month and a half after they reserved my car). They kept me updated with my repairs and actually got it done before that date. The company that manufactures my car was on about a 2 month back order. They worked very hard and looked around for the parts my car needed to get them in sooner so I could ship my car on time. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone in Alaska. They are honestly just flat out amazing to work with. Also the front desk is amazing. They answered right away when I called and was very helpful.
