Let's start by alluding to another review I've done about a certain 4 lettered (beginning with an F) service center that did us wrong. Go read it for more info.....our ford edge's power steering pump wasn't fixed and big 6 auto was prompt in handling our needs and professional in communication and work speed. It also cost HALF of what the other group charged when they were using a so-called "master mechanic" at $151/hr, yeah, right...anyhow, our power steering issues were rectified for a couple days then we awoke one morning and the power steering had bled out of the car. We contacted Big 6 and they got us in right away and found the issue - a pinched O-ring. They fixed within 12 hrs and didn't charge us. 5/5 - they will be our mechanic for every future issue, HIGHLY recommended IF you want to be done right by the auto shop!!! This was my first time coming here. The place I used to go regularly for oil changes tried to take advantage and charge me way too much for some basic maintenance on my car. I came here after reading the reviews and decided to get a couple fluids drained and replaced and I'm glad I did. They did all the work super quick. I ended up dropping my car off a little later than we had originally planned and was fully expecting to leave it over night if need be but they got the work done and we're super understanding. They also called and told me my brakes needed to be replaced. They didn't try to charge me an arm and a leg for it and it a reasonable price. I don't know why I haven't come here before. I will definitely be coming here from now on. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change
